Refund policy
At Healing the Abyss, we take great care in curating and packing our products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at joanna@healingtheabyss.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will be happy to review your claim and , if approved, provide a replacement or store credit. s accepted, you will need to send the return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
