Processing Time

Orders are hand packed with love and processed within 2-3 business days (Mon - Fri). Weekend orders (Sat-Sun) ship out on the next business day. High-volume periods or holidays may add 1-2 days - We'll email you an update. Orders are sent by USPS.

Tracking and Updates 

Tracking emailed post-shipment. Monitor via link; contact us for issues within 7 days.

Shipping issues

If damaged or lost orders, email photos within 7 days.
